Sec/Rec Courtesy Form

All degrees and orders are being performed under the jurisdiction of Nevada.

Everyone taking degrees must be authorized by the Grand Secretary/Recorders of their home jurisdiction and in Nevada before the degrees and orders may be conferred on them.

Please download the form below AND have your York Rite Body Secretary/Recorder fill it out for you. This MUST be done by the Secretary/Recorder.

Please ensure one form is submitted FOR EACH CANDIDATE for whom you are requesting Degree/Order work at CRFF, and copy to your Grand Secretary and Grand Recorder(s).
