"Someone Else" means another REGISTERED attendee who is buying a room under the group at the Riverside. If you are staying with your wife, or a friend, you are subject to the $50.00 registration fee. Smoking rooms are available but are extremely limited. These should be reserved by September 1. All smoking rooms (except Pet Rooms) are in the South Tower. Handicap rooms must be reserved ASAP & definitely before Aug 20. All Handicap Rooms are in the South Tower. There are no handicap smoking rooms. Pet rooms must be reserved ASAP & definitely before August 1. There is an additional $50 / day fee charged by the Hotel at check-in. All room prices include $22/day resort fee & 12.5% room tax.
