Everyone taking degrees must be authorized by the Grand Secretary/Recorders of their home jurisdiction and in Nevada before the degrees and orders may be conferred on them.

Sec/Rec: Please ensure one form is submitted FOR EACH CANDIDATE that you are requesting Degree/Order work for at CRFF and copied to your Grand Secretary and Grand Recorder(s).
